Excellent choice in Miami
Great location. Beautiful rooms that are spacious. Excellent service.
The workout facilities could use a refresh. Additionally there were rowdy people in the pool playing football soo aggressively that the ball was hitting other people in the face that happened to be in the pool. The staff should have stepped in immediately. This is the Ritz. Not a holiday Inn.

Amazing customer service - enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the staff made it even better!
The whole experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic in making sure the stay was great for us. I recommend this hotel if you're on south beach Miami and looking to be treated right. They will look after you, from valet staff, receptionists (a lady named Asia got us checked in, she was amazing), concierge and literally everyone in the hotel. The Ritz is a beautiful hotel, our room wasn't as big as I expected but it had a balcony which overlooked the beach, the beds were very comfortable and the spacious bathroom had everything needed.
The price is a bit high, however the service you get makes it worth it as many of the hotels on the beach are priced similarly. We had a bad experience at the 1 hotel so booked the Ritz-Carlton instead and it was the best decision.

Wonderful
Location is great. Comfortable beds. Beautiful modern, clean room.
Really the only thing was I found the porters were a little too much. I was trying to pay for my taxi and I already had guys at me for my bags and a tip to store my bags whilst I was still in the car. It was all just very overwhelming.

Nice location but not good price value ratio
The hotel is located at the end of Lincoln Road right next to the beach. The interior of the building and the area around the pool is quite nice.
1. It was nowhere indicated on booking.com that further to the price UDS 200 per night shall be paid as deposit. Also that the total amount must be paid at arrival. The receptionist claimed that it is normal everywhere in the USA but to be fair that was not our first visit and no hotel asked for that based on our experience. 2. Our room was located next to the elevators and we could clearly hear everything from the hall, also from the other rooms which was very upsetting. 3. There was a night when the fire alarm turned on 3 times and we could barely sleep. 4. Selection at the beach bar is quite poor, so almost all guests go outside of the hotel to have lunch. DiLido Bar was good on our first day, but then they started its renovation (causing noise and dust close to the pool) and it was closed for the rest of the week. We tried pizza next to the pool, it was nice but it turned out they serve it only over the weekends. Overall, we had the feeling the hotel is overpriced and do not provide accommodation and services which would be in line with The Ritz-Carlton level.
